Any sad, depressing or sorrowful songs or films?

I can't think of any really sad films, sad enough to make a man cry. I also need to find some sad songs too, preferably instrumental but I don't mind some with lyrics. FYI, by sad I mean...upsetting, not sad as in any films that are just epic fails.

  4. the boy in the striped pajama's (its really sad my brother 14 cried) and titanic is really sad (my dad cried 46) but if you are looking for the saddest film on earth i would highly reccomend the boy in the striped pajamas its SOOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SAD
  5. When my ex and I watched The Passion of the Christ, he cried with me and he's not even a believer. What Dreams May Come is pretty sad and depressing too. Beautiful at first but get very gloomy. It has Robin Williams in it. He dies but then his wife commits suicide and he goes to Hell to try to save her. A really sad song is The Tide by The Spill Canvas. It's one of those story-songs that you have to really listen to the words. I suggest finding the video on youtube.

  7. mad world by michael andrews is one of the most depressing upsetting songs ive ever heard lol.
  8. movies---The Notebook, A walk To Remember, Love Story, Titanic, The Pianist, Requiem For A dream songs I can only think of two Terry Jacks- Seasons in The Sun--saddest song i've ever heard makes me not want to die always feel really sad hearing it. And Moonlight Sonata is pretty depressing.
